A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia and International Economic Relations at the University of Economics in Katowice. He graduated with an LL.M. (Master of Laws) at the University of Lausanne (Switzerland) in the specialty of International Business Law and the Hague Academy of International Law. He participated in numerous international conferences in the fields of international law and arbitration.
He specializes in tax and business law, including the problems of international tax law and international trade. He has extensive experience in cross-border company reorganization processes, as well as tax advisory for multinational enterprises.
He has participated in numerous restructuring processes of domestic companies in various industries, including municipal companies.
He has many years of experience in providing legal services to entities from the public finance sector.
In his daily professional practice, he deals with tax planning, ongoing advice for business entities and public finance sector entities, as well as conducting disputes before common and arbitration courts.
He works in English and German.
