Palka Dąbroś

Mateusz defended his doctoral thesis at the University of Silesia in Katowice, Faculty of Law and Administration, Department of Civil Law and Private International Law - named "Claims for damages for infringements of competition law." Multiple scholarship holder of a scholarship for the best doctoral students and research grants under the "Young Scientists" program. A scholarship holder of the one-year program “Programme in European Private Law for Postgraduates”, where he attended classes at the Universität Münster, University of Silesia in Katowice, University of Cambridge and Universitat de València.

He gained professional experience in one of the leading Silesian law firms -  Ślązak Zapiór i Wspólnicy sp. k. in Katowice, where he spent four years, completing his attorney's apprenticeship there. From July 2017 since 2018 he has cooperated as an advocate with the Law Firm of Legal Advisers BBK Barchanowski, Kajda based in Katowice, and since June 2018 until February 2020 he was a partner of the law firm BKD Barchanowski, Kuczora, Dąbroś - Kancelaria Adwokatów i Radców Prawnych. The experience gained in these law firms allowed him to create an optimal model for the law firm Palka Dąbroś Attorneys and Tax Advisors, of which he has been a partner since 2020.

He provided legal services for mining companies (including mining plants and mining machinery manufacturers) and MLM. At present, he mainly deals with comprehensive services for entities from the construction industry - at the level of the investor, general contractor and subcontractors of construction works. He also provides legal services to architects and developers. Additionally, Mateusz provides ongoing legal services to large entities operating in the beauty, e-commerce and hemp industries.
