Palka Dąbroś

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia in Katowice. Her master's thesis "Legal effects of commands of partners of a limited liability company, with particular emphasis on their defectiveness" was prepared under the supervision of prof. Wojciech Popiołek. Scholarship holder of the Scholarship of the Rector of the University of Silesia for the best students.

She completed the advocate apprenticeship at the District Bar Council in Katowice.

Since 2018, she has been providing legal services to advocates and legal advisors. In addition, during the attorney's apprenticeship, she established cooperation with tax advisors, which allowed her to broaden her knowledge in the field of tax law. Since July 2021, she has been professionally associated with the law firm Palka Dąbroś Adwokaci i Doradcy Podatkowi.

Giulia specializes in real estate, tax and commercial companies law. In addition to providing ongoing services to commercial law entities, she has participated in numerous transformations of companies. For several years, she has been advising entities that trade in real estate, and also conducts real estate audits for buyers. In addition, she prepares analyzes of the tax consequences of economic events for clients and represents them in proceedings initiated by requests for individual tax interpretations or binding rate information.

In her current work, she mainly deals with providing legal services to business entities.

She provides legal services in English and is fluent in Italian.
