She graduated in law from the University of Silesia in Katowice, where she defended her master's thesis on the employment of management board members in capital companies. Awarded with the rector's scholarship for the best students. From 2023, an attorney at the District Bar Council in Katowice. She completed post-graduate studies in bankruptcy and restructuring at the Lazarski University in Warsaw.
Małgorzata has many years of professional experience in providing services to business entities and conducting debt collection cases.
In her professional practice, she represents entrepreneurs and individuals in court proceedings in the field of civil, commercial and criminal law. If necessary, she also supports clients at the pre-litigation and enforcement stages. Her responsibilities also include preparing and reviewing contracts, analyzing legal risks, preparing documents and advising on bankruptcy and restructuring matters, as well as conducting audits and preparing documents in the field of personal data protection (GDPR). She has extensive experience in CHF cases.
