She graduated in law from the University of Silesia in Katowice and completed postgraduate studies in bankruptcy and restructuring at Łazarski University in Warsaw. She is a recipient of the Rector's Scholarship of the University of Silesia for the best students. In 2023, she completed her attorney apprenticeship with distinction and was entered on the list of attorneys at the District Bar Council in Katowice. Since 2024, she has held the qualifications of a licensed restructuring advisor.

She has many years of experience in handling commercial disputes and cases related to Swiss franc loans. She specializes in matters related to bankruptcy and restructuring. She actively serves as a trustee in bankruptcy proceedings and as a supervisor in restructuring proceedings.

She has successfully conducted restructuring proceedings, leading to the approval of arrangements and developing solutions that allow debtors to organize their financial situations and continue their business activities. She also supports clients in bankruptcy proceedings, in particular preparing applications for the bankruptcy of entrepreneurs and consumers. Helps assess the validity of submitting an application, gather necessary documents, and go through the proceedings with consideration of their legal and financial consequences. As part of creditor services, analyzes arrangement proposals, recommends how to vote on the arrangement, represents creditors in restructuring proceedings, and undertakes actions aimed at protecting and securing their interests. In bankruptcy proceedings, manages the process of filing claims, monitors the progress of the proceedings, and represents creditors in contacts with the trustee and the court.
