We are aware that there are many law firms on the market dealing with the so-called CHF cases. Often, however, due to the number of cases handled, they do not offer an individual approach to both your case and its outcome. We provide you with an individual discussion of your specific credit situation together with advice on further proceedings and the possibility of contacting the lawyer in charge of the case at any time. We are also flexible in terms of settling our remuneration for handling the case.
We monitor the jurisprudence of common courts, the Polish Supreme Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU). This helps us to react on an ongoing basis and inform you individually about important judgments or changes in jurisprudence. As an example, all our "CHF clients", a few hours after the CJEU issued a ruling according to which banks cannot claim anything more than the return of the paid-out capital and statutory interest for delay in the return of the capital, were informed in detail about its content, interpretation and consequences for their cause.
We keep our finger on the pulse – for you.
